With a PhD in Chemistry, a MBA, and specialized in research management, I have built my career across different areas of the R&D ecosystem, from direct support to researchers and the preparation of competitive proposals to the leadership of research structures and the definition of institutional strategies.
Throughout my career, I have led teams and specialised units in research management, competitive funding, European projects, international collaboration, and institutional capacity building. I have contributed to the design and implementation of strategies to secure competitive funding, attract and develop research talent, and strengthen institutional research capacities at universities and research centres.
This experience has given me a comprehensive understanding of the research ecosystem and in-depth knowledge of its dynamics, key stakeholders, and funding mechanisms.
